GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT

OBJECT

These general conditions regulate the tourist accommodation contract between the contracting person (hereinafter, also a user) and START TODAY, SL (hereinafter HOTEL XALET DEL GOLF) CIF B02641355, registered office at Xalet del golf, Devesa del Golf S / N, 17539 BOLVIR (GIRONA), registered in the Mercantile Registry of Barcelona, Volume 4797, Folio 180, Page B553756, email reserves@chaletdelgolf.com, telephone +34 972 884 320.

HOTEL XALET DEL GOLF It is duly registered in the Catalan Tourism Registry, with registration identifier HG-002274, hotel type (H), control digit 79, 4-star category.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS

By contracting our services offered on this website, the contractor expressly states that he has read, understood and accepts without reservation these general conditions, as well as the particular ones that may be established. All general conditions will be permanently available to Users prior to contracting and may be stored and reproduced and printed in the current version at all times.

These conditions will have an indefinite period of validity, HOTEL XALET DEL GOLF reserving the right to modify them unilaterally, without this affecting the services or promotions that were contracted prior to the modification, so users are advised to Read them carefully each time you access this portal, understanding those that are published in it at any time in force.

The contract will not be archived. It will be written in Spanish, and in the consumer relations that take place in Catalonia, also in Catalan.

CONTRACTING PROCEDURE

• Step 1. Room selection. You must indicate the day of arrival and departure, number of people per room and click on «Search». The available rooms will be shown below, having to choose the one that interests you, the number of occupants, the number of rooms and the diet you prefer from those offered.
• Step 2. Personal information. When continuing with the reservation, you must provide the personal information requested, including a credit card to guarantee the reservation. Once all the requested fields have been filled in, you must press the «confirm reservation» button for the data entered to be sent.
• Step 3. Reserve confirmation. Once the data has been received after clicking the «confirm reservation» button, you will receive an email confirming the reservation.

TECHNICAL MEANS TO CORRECT ERRORS

During the reservation process and before pressing the button to proceed to confirm the reservation, the user will be able to correct any error and will be prevented from continuing if all the information requested is not provided. Also before proceeding to confirm the reservation, the user may change the content and even cancel it in its entirety, being able to go back to the previous screens to make the appropriate corrections.

CAPACITY OF THE ACCOMMODATION UNITS AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF USE OR ENJOYMENT OF THE ESTABLISHMENT

The maximum legal capacity of our accommodation units as well as the special conditions and conditions of use or enjoyment of the establishment are those indicated in each case on the website before making a reservation.

Pets are not allowed.

During their stay at the hotel, minors must be accompanied by an adult.

WHO CAN CONTRACT

In order to contract the tourist accommodation services offered on our website, the user declares that they are at least 18 years of age.

CANCELATION CONDITIONS

For cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date, 100% of the price of the first night will be charged.

Except in high season, which will be 7 days before.

No-show will incur a 100% charge of the stay.

COMPENSATION FOR WAIVER OF STAY

It is mandatory to make the payment of the entire stay once the check-in is done, any early departure with notice of less than 48 hours will imply the charge of the nights not made.

PRICES AND OTHER EXPENSES

The prices applicable to each accommodation are those published on the website and applied automatically, to which will be added, where appropriate, the additional expenses or services that the client has consented, configuring the sum of all these concepts the total due of payment in the last phase of it

Els preus que s'indiquen inclouen l'impost sobre el valor afegit (IVA) i s'expressen en la moneda euro (€).

L'impost sobre estades en establiment turístics (IEET) és aplicable a les persones que facin estada als establiments d'allotjaments turístics a Catalunya majors de 16 anys, meritant-se a l'inici de l'estada, per la qual cosa el cobrament s'exigirà a la data d'arribada en funció de l'edat de cada persona allotjada.

GARANTIA, MITJANS DE PAGAMENT I FACTURACIÓ DE LA RESERVA

Per garantir la reserva, haureu de facilitar les vostres dades de targeta de crèdit, a través d'una plataforma segura, que compleix els estàndards internacionals de seguretat amb certificació PCI DSS.

El pagament de la reserva es farà directament a l'hotel, llevat que hi hagi causa de penalització per haver cancel·lat la reserva fora dels terminis fixats, o no es presenti a l'establiment a la data acordada d'entrada. En aquests casos es procedirà a carregar a la targeta limport corresponent.

El client autoritza que un cop fet el pagament si vol factura, se li expedeixi factura electrònica, podent revocar el consentiment en qualsevol moment.

CONFIRMACIÓ DE LA RESERVA

Quan rebem la seva sol·licitud de reserva, procedirem a confirmar-ho per correu electrònic a l'adreça que ens hagi facilitat, en el termini de 24 hores, enviant-li un justificant de recepció que indicarà el número de reserva i contindrà les condicions generals i si escau particulars del contracte.

COMUNICACIÓ AMB LA PERSONA USUÀRIA

Les comunicacions amb la persona usuària de l'establiment d'allotjament turístic es realitzaran a través de mitjans electrònics, com és el correu electrònic, telèfon, inclosa la missatgeria instantània, per la qual cosa haurà de facilitar les dades actives a cada moment per a aquesta finalitat.

Per a qualsevol informació sobre la reserva, l'usuari comptarà amb telèfon d'atenció a clients, telèfon +34 972 884 320 o podrà contactar via correu electrònic a l'adreça reserves@chaletdelgolf.comindicant el número de reserva que li va ser assignat al correu electrònic de confirmació de la reserva.

DRET DE DESESTIMENT

D'acord amb la normativa vigent, no us assisteix el dret de desistiment del present contracte de subministrament de serveis d'allotjament per a fins diferents del de servir d'habitatge.

INFORMACIÓ SOBRE LA RESERVA, QUEIXES I RECLAMACIONS

També s'informa que els consumidors i usuaris tenen a la seva disposició fulls oficials de queixa, reclamació i denúncia que se li enviaran en suport electrònic prèvia sol·licitud formulada mitjançant correu electrònic a l'adreça abans indicada.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

El check-in s'haurà de fer entre les 15h i les 21 hores i el check-out entre les 8h i les 12h.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

La interpretació i l'aplicació d'aquestes condicions es regeixen per la legislació espanyola.

En cas de conflicte, sense perjudici de sotmetre's al que estableixi imperativament la llei especialment quan el contractant sigui un consumidor o usuari, amb renúncia a qualsevol altre fòrum que els pugui correspondre, les parts se sotmeten expressament a la jurisdicció dels jutjats de la ciutat de Sabadell.
