Chef Juan Moreno worked at El Bulli Restaurant and El Celler de Can Roca, where he trained and learned to later climb positions and assume more responsibilities at Els Tinars Restaurant in Llagostera and at Castell Peralada Restaurant, where he served as Chef de Cuisine. .
