GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT

HOTEL XALET DEL GOLF It is duly registered in the Catalan Tourism Registry, with registration identifier HG-002274, hotel type (H), control digit 79, 4-star category.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS

By contracting our services offered on this website, the contractor expressly states that he has read, understood and accepts without reservation these general conditions, as well as the particular ones that may be established. All general conditions will be permanently available to Users prior to contracting and may be stored and reproduced and printed in the current version at all times.

These conditions will have an indefinite period of validity, HOTEL XALET DEL GOLF reserving the right to modify them unilaterally, without this affecting the services or promotions that were contracted prior to the modification, so users are advised to Read them carefully each time you access this portal, understanding those that are published in it at any time in force.

CONTRACTING PROCEDURE

• Step 1. Room selection. You must indicate the day of arrival and departure, number of people per room and click on «Search». The available rooms will be shown below, having to choose the one that interests you, the number of occupants, the number of rooms and the diet you prefer from those offered.
• Step 2. Personal information. When continuing with the reservation, you must provide the personal information requested, including a credit card to guarantee the reservation. Once all the requested fields have been filled in, you must press the «confirm reservation» button for the data entered to be sent.
• Step 3. Reserve confirmation. Once the data has been received after clicking the «confirm reservation» button, you will receive an email confirming the reservation.

TECHNICAL MEANS TO CORRECT ERRORS

During the reservation process and before pressing the button to proceed to confirm the reservation, the user will be able to correct any error and will be prevented from continuing if all the information requested is not provided. Also before proceeding to confirm the reservation, the user may change the content and even cancel it in its entirety, being able to go back to the previous screens to make the appropriate corrections.

CAPACITY OF THE ACCOMMODATION UNITS AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF USE OR ENJOYMENT OF THE ESTABLISHMENT

The maximum legal capacity of our accommodation units as well as the special conditions and conditions of use or enjoyment of the establishment are those indicated in each case on the website before making a reservation.

Pets are not allowed.

During their stay at the hotel, minors must be accompanied by an adult.

WHO CAN CONTRACT

In order to contract the tourist accommodation services offered on our website, the user declares that they are at least 18 years of age.

CANCELATION CONDITIONS

For cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date, 100% of the price of the first night will be charged.

Except in high season, which will be 7 days before.

No-show will incur a 100% charge of the stay.

COMPENSATION FOR WAIVER OF STAY

It is mandatory to make the payment of the entire stay once the check-in is done, any early departure with notice of less than 48 hours will imply the charge of the nights not made.

PRICES AND OTHER EXPENSES

The prices applicable to each accommodation are those published on the website and applied automatically, to which will be added, where appropriate, the additional expenses or services that the client has consented, configuring the sum of all these concepts the total due of payment in the last phase of it

Les prix indiqués incluent la Taxe sur la Valeur Ajoutée (TVA), exprimée dans la devise Euro (€).

La taxe sur les séjours dans les établissements touristiques (IEET) est applicable aux personnes qui séjournent dans les établissements d'hébergement touristique en Catalogne de plus de 16 ans, acquise au début du séjour, raison pour laquelle sa perception sera exigée à la date d'arrivée selon à l'âge de chaque personne hébergée.

GARANTIE, MOYENS DE PAIEMENT ET FACTURATION DE LA RESERVATION

Pour garantir la réservation, vous devez fournir les détails de votre carte de crédit, via une plateforme sécurisée, conforme aux normes de sécurité internationales avec certification PCI DSS.

Le paiement de la réservation sera effectué directement à l'hôtel, sauf cause de pénalité pour avoir annulé la réservation en dehors des délais établis, ou ne pas se présenter à l'établissement à la date d'entrée convenue. Dans ces cas, le montant correspondant sera débité de la carte.

Le client autorise qu'une fois le paiement effectué s'il souhaite une facture, une facture électronique sera émise, pouvant révoquer le consentement à tout moment.

CONFIRMATION DE RÉSERVATION

Lorsque nous recevrons votre demande de réservation, nous procéderons à sa confirmation par e-mail à l'adresse que vous nous avez fournie, dans les 24 heures, en vous envoyant un accusé de réception qui indiquera le numéro de réservation et contiendra les conditions générales et, le cas échéant, particulières conditions du contrat.

COMMUNICATION AVEC L'UTILISATEUR

Les communications avec l'utilisateur de l'établissement d'hébergement touristique seront effectuées par des moyens électroniques, tels que courrier électronique, téléphone, y compris la messagerie instantanée, vous devez donc fournir les données actives à tout moment à cette fin.

A LA DROITE DE RETRAIT

Conformément à la réglementation en vigueur, vous n'avez pas le droit de vous rétracter du présent contrat de fourniture de services d'hébergement à des fins autres que l'habitation.

ENREGISTREMENT ET DÉPART

Le check-in doit se faire entre 15h00 et 21h00 et le check-out entre 8h00 et 12h00.

LOI APPLICABLE ET JURIDICTION

L'interprétation et l'application de ces conditions seront régies par la loi espagnole.

En cas de conflit, sans préjudice de se soumettre à ce qui est impérativement établi par la loi, notamment lorsque le cocontractant est un consommateur ou un utilisateur, renonçant à tout autre for qui pourrait leur correspondre, les parties se soumettent expressément à la compétence des tribunaux de la ville. de Sabadell.
